John Q. Adams

  Mr. John Q. Adams, former principal of Christa McAuliffe School passed away suddenly on Monday, May 29, 2006.

 John's progressive vision of a community school with high standards for all children, and his attainment of that goal will forever be remembered. His leadership with compassion and humanity has positively impacted the lives of thousands of people.

  Mr. Adams will be greatly missed and remembered by the McAuliffe Family. Our hearts go out to the Adams family.
 

A funeral mass was held on Friday, June 2nd at Good Shepard Church in Brooklyn.

"If a man's life is measured by the number of people who mourn his passing, then John Quincy Adams was a giant among men."

Remembering Mr. Adams
